摘要
循环肿瘤细胞在肿瘤的发展过程中脱落进入循环系统中,在肿瘤的侵袭转移中起着重要作用。许多研究结果已经证实其在肿瘤转移的诊断和预后、药物研发、个体化治疗及其探索肿瘤转移机制等方面具有潜在的价值。循环肿瘤细胞在循环系统中的含量极低,这成为限制其临床应用的主要难点。本文综述了近年来对循环肿瘤细胞的捕获富集的方法研究,主要包括根据物理性质和生物化学性质的方法,并探讨了各种方法的优缺点,展望了其应用前景和发展方向。
Circulating tumor cells(CTCs),which shed into the circulatory system when tumorigenesis,play vital roles in tumor invasion and metastasis.It is demonstrated that CTCs has potential value in tumor diagnosis,prognosis,personalized medicine research,individual treatment and research the mechanism of tumor metastasis.However,the numbers of CTCs are extremely rare in human body fluids,which restrict the clinical applications.In this paper,the isolation and detection methods for CTCs are reviewed,including physically-based and biochemistry-based isolation methods,as well as their merits.Finally,directions and perspectives of those technologies for CTCs isolation and detection are presented.
