Progress in Techniques of Glycoproteins/Glycans Quantitation Base on Mass Spectrometry

糖基化修饰是一种重要的蛋白质翻译后修饰。糖基化修饰的蛋白质在生命体内具有重要的生物学功能。研究糖蛋白含量以及蛋白上糖链变化对于阐明糖基化修饰的功能具有重要的意义,也是当今的研究热点。本文就糖蛋白和糖链定量方法的研究进展和应用做了简要概述。

Glycosylation is one of the most important protein post-translational modifications（PTMs）.Glycoproteins have important biological functions in vivo.Study on glycoprotein and glycan quantitation,which has drawn much attention,has great significance in understanding the glycosylation functions.In this review,the progress in techniques for the quantitation of glycoproteins/glycans and their applications are reviewed.
