马钱子配伍白术对小鼠急性毒性和镇痛作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨马钱子配伍白术(以下简称马术)前后毒性及镇痛作用的变化,寻求最佳配伍比例。方法将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、马钱子单煎剂组、马术1∶2,1∶4,1∶6煎剂组,利用急性毒性实验,分别测得马钱子单煎剂和马术各组的LD50;利用热板法和冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体法观察马术镇痛作用的变化。结果配伍组与马钱子单煎剂组比较,毒性降低,且以马术1:6减毒效果较佳。镇痛作用中配伍组优于单煎剂组,马术1∶6镇痛作用较好。结论白术可降低马钱子毒性,增强其镇痛作用,二者配伍有减毒增效作用,且比例以马术1:6为宜。 Objective Strychnuos nux-vomica is more commonly used as a toxic clinical medicine in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthralgia( RA),and its efficacy is remarkable which has become the consensus. But the poisoning of its reports is often seen. Nowadays,many doctors always use the compatibility of Strychnos nux vomica and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz to cure the RA. Furthermore,nobody was dead. Therefore,this research uses toxicity and pharmacodynamics to manifest it. Objective:On the compatibility of Nux vomica and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,the experimentation investigates the toxicity and analgesic effect changes. Then,find the best compatibility proportion. Methods The mice were randomly divided into blank control group,Strychnos nux vomica single decoction group,the compatibility proportion of Strychnos nux vomica and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz 1: 2,1: 4,1: 6 decoction group. Adopting the acute toxicity experiments to respectively measure the LD50 of all groups. Using the hot-plate and acetic acid-induced writhing methods,to observe the analgesic effect changes which before and after the compatibility. Results Comparing the compatibility groups with Strychos nux-vomica single decoction group,the research has found that the toxicity can be reduced and the proportion of 1: 6 is better. The analgesic effect of the compatibility group is better than the single decoction group,the superior compatibility proportion is 1: 6. Conclusion The experimentation confirms that the Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz can significantly reduces the toxicity of Srychnos nux-vomica and enhances its analgesic effect. The optimum compatibility proportion is 1: 6.
