摘要
目的为矿物药的快速鉴别提供方法参考。方法采用傅里叶红外光谱法对碳酸钙类7种药材进行比较研究。结果珍珠、珍珠母和石决明红外光谱相似,钟乳石和牡蛎红外光谱相似,花蕊石和龙骨红外光谱具有明显差异,可与其他药材进行区别。结论利用红外光谱差异可以对7种碳酸钙矿物药鉴别区分。
Objective To offer a method reference rapid identification of mineral medicine. Methods A comparative study on 7kinds of calcium carbonate medicinal materials by Fourier infrared spectrum. Results It is the result that the infrared spectrums of Margarita,Margaritifera concha and Haliotidis concha are similar,infrared spectrums of Ostreae concha and Stalactitum are similar,infrared spectrums of Ophicalcitum and Os draconis have obvious difference,they can make difference with the others. Conclusion The seven kinds of calcium carbonate medicinal materials can be identified with the infrared spectrum.
