Study on microRNA and Syndromes of Chronic Hepatitis B

从microRNA角度出发,阐述microRNA在中医证候研究中的现状。目前microRNA在慢性乙肝中医证候中研究相对较少,可通过microRNA的细胞特异性、组织特异性和时空特异性作为理论连接桥梁将两者联系起来,借助microRNA的研究手段为慢性乙肝中医证候客观化研究提供新的思路。

Objective This article embarks from microRNA,elaborated it in the current research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） syndrome. The study of microRNA in syndromes of Chronic hepatitis B（ CHB） is relatively few,we can connect them with micro RNA＇s cell specificity,tissue specificity and specificity of time and space as a theory bridge,with the help of micro RNA＇s research methods,providing new ideas for the objective research of CHB in TCN syndrome.
