摘要
目的观察针刺阴阳跷脉腧穴对脑卒中痉挛模型大鼠神经功能、肌张力及脑干、脊髓颈膨大、腰膨大γ-氨基丁酸转运蛋白-1(GAT-1)表达的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、电针组。模型组和电针组用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MACO)模型;假手术组仅分离右侧颈总、颈外和颈内动脉;空白组不做任何处理。电针组在造模成功3 d后给予电针针刺治疗。治疗6 d后检测肌张力、神经功能缺损、GAT-1的表达,进行统计学分析。结果电针组改善神经功能缺损评分情况较好与空白组、假手术组、模型组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组降低肌张力的疗效与空白组、假手术组、模型组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01);电针组大鼠脑干、颈膨大、腰膨大GAT-1的表达降低与空白组、假手术组、模型组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针申脉、照海对MACO模型大鼠神经功能缺损症状有改善作用;对偏瘫痉挛肢体肌张力有降低作用;对脑干、脊髓颈膨大、腰膨大GAT-1的表达有下调作用。
Objective To observe acupuncture the acupoints of yin-qiao and yang-qiao meridians to affect the neural function,motor function,muscle tension,and the expression of γ-aminobutyric acid transporter Protein-1( GAT-1) in brain stem,spinal cord,cervical and lumbar enlargement of the cerebral infarction spasm rat. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group,model group and electro-acupuncture treatment group. Model group and the electro-acupuncture group using the suture method to establish rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion( MCAO). Sham group only separate of the right common carotid artery,external and internal carotid artery; blank group without any treatment. Electro-acupuncture group was given electric needle acupuncture treatment three days after the successful modeling. 6 days of treatment,to detect muscle tension,neurological deficit,GAT-1 expression. Statistical analysis was performed. Results Electro-acupuncture group improved neurological deficit scores is better than the blank group,sham operation group and model group,a statistically significant(P〈0. 05); Electro-acupuncture group reduced muscle tension better than the blank group,sham operation group and model group,a statistically significant(P〈0. 05); GAT-1 expression of the electro-acupuncture group decreased,compared with the control group,sham operation group and model group,a statistically significant(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture treatment " Shen-Mai-xue" and " Zhao-Hai-xue",can improve the neurological deficit symptoms; reduce hemiplegic spasms limb muscle tension; reduce the GAT-1 expression in brain stem,spinal cord,cervical and lumbar enlargement.
