摘要
介绍了一种基于软磁复合材料(SMC)的新型直线电动机。根据直线电动机的电压方程和动力学方程,得到了SMC直线电动机的Matlab仿真模型。基于DS1104控制板,构建了电动机的控制系统。通过分析直线电动机的定子电流和移动子位移表明,仿真波形和实验结果基本一致。利用PI控制,频率在10-40 Hz范围内,SMC直线电动机能够移动±1 mm。计算和实验表明,与传统叠装硅钢片铁心相比,SMC铁心电动机具有明显的低铁心损耗特点。研究结果为软磁复合材料小容量电动机的进一步研究奠定了基础。
A new type linear motor using soft magnetic composite( SMC) material was presented in this paper. Based on the voltage equation and the mechanical equation of the linear motor,the Matlab model of the linear motor with SMC material was obtained. A control system hardware of the motor was built based on DS1104 control board. It is found that the simulated results basically correspond to experimental ones via analyzing the stator current and mover displacement of the linear motor. Using the PI controller,the motor can move ±1 mm at the frequency 10 Hz up to 40 Hz. Both the calculated value and experimental one show that iron loss of motor with SMC material is significantly lower compared with that of motor with conventional laminated silicon iron sheets.This research laid a foundation for further study of small capacity motor with SMC material.
