摘要
异步起动永磁同步电机由于效率较普通异步感应电机高,且结构不复杂,可借用现有的普通感应电机定子,只需更改转子结构,因此在现今提倡高效率电机的背景下,具有很大的应用价值。本文对该种类型电机的特性以及工作原理进行了介绍,同时对于影响牵入同步转速的相关因素进行了研究,包括转子端环大小、不同导条面积、不同磁钢牌号和不同电压等因素,以便为该类型电机的设计提供参考。
Line startedpermanent magnet has higher efficiency,simplier structure than asynchronous induction motor,meanwhile,it can use the stator of the asynchronous induction motor to only change the rotor structure. At the background of advocating the high efficiency motor now,it has great application value. In this paper,the characteristics of the types of motor and working principle were introduced,and related factors and the impact on the synchronization speed were studied,including the rotor end ring size,different bar area,different magnetic steel shot and different voltage and other factors,in order to provide the reference for the design of this type of motor.
