摘要
根据缝纫机控制系统的功能及性能要求,采用直流无刷电机为控制对象,以单片机为控制核心,设计了缝纫机伺服控制系统,并进行了系统的软硬件设计。实现了缝纫机的自动定针缝、自动剪线、自动加固缝,以及自动拨线等功能。采用能耗制动和反接制动相结合的控制方法,使得系统得以快速停车并且机针定位精确。样机测试结果表明,控制系统满足了缝纫机要求,系统动态性能得到了保证。
According to the requirement of function and performance of the control system of sewing machine,using brushless DC motor as the control object,designed the sewing machine servo control system as a single-chip microcomputer,completed the hardware and software design of the system. The sewing machine has the automatic thread trimmer,automatic needle sewing,automatic seam reinforcement,automatic thread etc. Proposed a method using dynamic braking and braking combination,effectively solved the quick stop and machine needle positioning problem. The test results show that,the control system to satisfy the requirements of sewing machine,the system dynamic performance is guaranteed.
