摘要
对市售的喷胶棉絮片、仿丝棉絮片、羊毛/涤纶混合絮片、七孔棉絮片和羽绒洗涤5次、10次、15次和20次,每5次洗涤后晾干,测试这几种絮料的保暖性能,并分析了上述不同结构絮料洗涤前后的保暖性变化以及保暖性的稳定性。所得结论既可为消费者合理选择和维护防寒服和被子提供指导,也可为服装生产商合理选择絮料提供指导。
Several commercially available waddings, including spray-bonded polyester wadding, silk-like polyester wadding, wool/polyester blended wadding, seven-hole polyester wadding and down wadding were laundered 5 times, 10 times, 15 times and 20 times. Thermal insulation properties of the 5 waddings were tested before and after being laundered. The differences among these laundered waddings on their thermal insulation and thermal insulation stability were analyzed. The conclusions can not only provide refereces for the customers to reasonablly choose them and care the cold protective clothings and quilts but also provide guides for the clothing manufacturers to reasonablly choose waddings.
