摘要
啮合式电动机是一种新型直驱电机,它的定转子既具备电磁驱动能力,又是相啮合的行星齿轮减速器,能输出低速大扭矩动力。针对该电机的驱动模式,设计了6相啮合式电动机的经济型反馈控制系统。研究了电机的转子位置检测方法,用3个光耦实现了6相电机的转子位置检测;提出了软件角度细分法,省去了成本较高的光电编码器;用8位单片机实现了固定开关角和变开关角控制。测试结果证明该系统显著提高了电机的运行速度和效率。
The geared motor is one of the new types of direct-drive motors.Its stator and rotor have the electromagnetic drive force and moreover,they are a pair of planetary gear reducer,which makes it possible to give low-speed high-torque power.An economic feedback control system was presented for the 6-phase geared motor according to its special drive mode.The rotor position detecting was studied and the detection of the 6-phase geared motor was realized by 3 optocouplers.The angle segment by software way was proposed,which saved the high-cost photoelectric encoder.The fixed and variable switch-angle control methods were realized by 8-bit microcontroller,replacing the expensive 32-bit chip.The experimental results show that the running speed and efficiency of the geared motor are significantly improved.
