文蛤粗多肽对免疫抑制小鼠TNF-α,IL-2及IFN-γ的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究文蛤粗多肽的免疫药理活性,为后期产品开发提供研究基础。方法:取雄性KM小鼠50只,随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、左旋咪唑组(1.0 mg/kg)、文蛤粗多肽高剂量组(200 mg/kg)、文蛤粗多肽低剂量组(100 mg/kg),每组10只。灌胃给药,每日1次,连续给药30 d,灌胃体积为0.2 ml/10 g BW。同时,除空白组外,其余各组小鼠每隔2日灌服地塞米松(DXM,1.5 mg/kg)1次进行免疫抑制造模,共15次。末次灌胃6 h后,称重,摘眼球取血,脱颈椎处死小鼠,并取脏器,测定免疫器官指数与血清中TNF-α,IL-2与IFN-γ的变化。结果:文蛤粗多肽对免疫抑制小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数与体重具有明显增加作用(P<0.05);并可明显升高免疫抑制小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-2与IFN-γ的水平(P<0.05)。结论:文蛤粗多肽对地塞米松造成的免疫抑制小鼠具有免疫增强作用。 Objective:To study the immune pharmacological bioactivities of Meretrix Meretrix Linnaeus crude polypeptide,providing research foundation for the product development in the future. Methods: Fifty Kunming male mice were divided into control group, model group, positive group (Levamisole 1.0 mg/kg), high-dose group (Mere- trix Meretrix Linnaeus 200 mg/kg) and low-dose group (Meretrix Meretrix Linnaeus 100 mg/kg) with 10 mice in each group. These groups were given relevant drugs with 0.2 ml/10 g BW once a day for 30 days. Meanwhile,except for control group,mice in each group were fed with dexamethasone 1.5 mg/kg every second day to establish im- munosuppressive model for 15 times. The mice were weighed with eyeball removing for blood after 6 h from the last garage. Then, they were sacrificed with cervical spine taking off for collecting organs. The variation of TNF-α, IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum and index in immune organ were determined. Result: Meretrix Meretrix Linnaeus crude polypeptide could significantly enhance the thymus index, spleen index and weight of DXM immunosuppressive mice (P〈0.05), and could increase the levels of TNF-α, IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Meretrix Meretrix Linnaeus crude polypeptide has the function of immune enhancement for DXM immunosuppressive mice.
