动静脉压力泵联合血塞通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察动静脉压力泵联合血塞通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性。方法:以糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例作为观察对象,随机分为2组,对照组40例患者接受常规治疗(严格控制血糖、使用营养神经等药物),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用动静脉压力泵联合血塞通注射液治疗。比较2组疗效及神经传导速度。结果:2组患者治疗后腓神经神经传导速度均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),治疗组神经传导速度改善更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为92.5%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通注射液联合动静脉压力泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效肯定。 Objective: To observe the effect of arteriovenous impulse foot pump combined with Xuesaitong injection in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods: Eighty DPN inpatients admitted in Shantou Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine were evenly randomized into two groups. The control group was asked to control blood glucose and received oral use of routine nerve nutrition medicine. The treatment group was given arteriovenous impulse foot pump combined with Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the treatment for the control group. Clinical effect and nerve conduction velocity were observed and compared in the two groups. Results: The sural nerve conduction velocity was obviously increased after treatment(P 〈 0.01) in both groups, and that in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P 〈 0.01). The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group, and was 70.0% in the control group, the difference being significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Arteriovenous impulse foot pump combined with Xuesaitong injection is effective for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
