摘要
分析了测量钢管横向屈服强度几种常规方法的特点,介绍了相关技术规范中使用管环液压胀形试验获得管环屈服强度的基本技术要求,系统研究了管环液压胀形试验的工装结构、密封设计、周向延伸量测量工具和管环胀形速率控制等关键技术,并成功研制了管环液压胀形试验样机。通过对宝钢HFW焊管X70M级准406.4 mm×8 mm和准406.4 mm×12.7 mm规格批量试验,获得了管环横向屈服强度,验证了样机的实用性和可靠性。
In this article,it analyzed the characteristics of several conventional methods of measuring pipe transverse yield strength,introduced the basic technical requirements for obtaining pipe ring yield strength by using hydraulic expanding ring test in the relevant technical specifications.It also systematically analyzed some key technologies for hydraulic expanding ring test,including tooling structure,seal design,circumferentially extending measurement tools and pipe ring bulging rate control etc.The hydraulic expanding ring experiment prototype was developed successfully.By the batch test of Baosteel HFW pipe grade X70 M,Ф406.4 mm×8 mm and Ф406.4 mm×12.7 mm,the transverse yield strength of pipes were obtained,and the practicability and reliability of the prototype were verified.
