品管圈在提高床旁检查图像优片率中的应用

Application of quality control circle in improving ratio of good POCE images

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高床旁检查图像优片率中的作用效果。方法:在放射科临床组成立品管圈小组,根据80/20法则找出影响床旁检查图像质量的主要因素作为改进的关键,并重点分析原因,进而制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,比较活动前后的效果。结果:品管圈活动开展后,放射科床旁检查图像优片率提高至96.74%,超过了预期目标值。结论:品管圈活动在提高床旁检查图像优片率中取得了良好的成效,提高了圈员的管理和团队合作意识,同时也提高了医疗服务效率,减少了社会资源的浪费。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in improving the ratio of good POCE images（Point of Care Examination）. Methods Quality control circle was established within the clinical group in the radiology department.The main factors affecting the quality of POCE images were analyzed in accordance with the 80/20 rule, and then some measures were put forward and executed accordingly. The results before and after the measures implemented were compared. Results The ratio of good POCE images reached 96.74%, which exceeded the desired value. Conclusion Quality control circle behaves well in enhancing the ratio of good POCE images, and promotes the management and team awareness of the members.
