感音神经性聋患者耳鸣的心理学治疗疗效分析

The psychological treatment effect analysis about sensorineural deafness patients with tinnitus

目的初步探讨感音神经性聋患者耳鸣的心理学治疗的临床疗效。方法将60例诊断为感音神经性聋并伴有耳鸣的患者分为2组,对照组30例给予常规银杏叶提取物注射液静滴及鼠神经生长因子肌注,治疗组30例患者在对照组基础上加用心理学疗法。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后疗效对比。结果治疗组总有效率80%,对照组总有效率53.3%,2组总疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论心理学疗法治疗感音神经性聋患者耳鸣疗效确切。

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of sensorineural deafness patients with tinnitus by using psychological a- nalysis. Methods 60 patients diagnosed with sensorineural deafness and tinnitus patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 ca- ses of control group were given routine of ginkgo biloba extract injection static drops and mouse nerve growth factor intramuscular injec- tion. 30 patients of treatment group were given routine treatment combined with psychological therapy. The treatment course was two weeks for the two groups. The efficacy before and after the treatment for the two groups were observed. Results The effectiveness of the treat- ment group was 76.7% , and the effectiveness of the control group was 56.7%. There was significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is good effectiveness for sensorineural deafness patients with tinnitus by using psychological treat- ment.
