摘要
通过成分设计和优化,以及对冶炼、热连轧和热处理工艺等方面的研究,研制出厚度规格小于10 mm的低碳CrNiMo热连轧钢板。对钢板的组织和力学性能等进行了分析,结果表明,连轧板调质处理后,钢板横向和纵向力学性能均匀,具有较高的强度、良好的低温韧性和冷弯性能,钢板韧脆转变温度低于-80℃;钢板的组织为回火索氏体和少量贝氏体;钢板不平度小于6 mm/m。
The low carbon CrNiMo steel plate by integrated continuous casting and hot rolling with the thickness of less than 10 mm is developed based on the design and optimization for chemical compositions together with the study on the smelting process, continuous hot rolling process and heat treatment process. Then the microstructure and mechanical properties of the developed steel plate are also analyzed. The analytical results show that the mechanical properties along both longitudinal and lateral directions of the developed steel plate are uniform after the steel plate is quenched and tempered, demonstrating high strength, good low -temperature toughness and cold bending property while the steel plate has high strength, good low-temperature toughness and cold bending performance and further more the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the steel plate is less than -80 ℃, the microstructure is comprised of tempered sorbite and small amount of bainite while the steel plate roughness is less than 6 mm/m.
