The operating state of the reducer bearings of the steel pipe rolling mill diagnosed by the PeakVue technology is introduced. Based on the vibration monitoring for bearings of the F2 reducer and the study on the peak values of PeakVue, the damaged or degraded condition of the F2 reducer bearings is accurately diagnosed, and thus the life cycle curve of bearings is formulated based on the diagnosis.
