PeakVue技术在诊断钢管轧机轴承故障上的应用

摘要 介绍了应用PeakVue技术诊断钢管轧机减速机轴承的工作状态。通过对F2减速机轴承进行振动监测,以及对PeakVue峰值的研究,准确诊断出F2减速机轴承的劣化及损坏程度,并依此制订出此轴承的寿命周期曲线。 The operating state of the reducer bearings of the steel pipe rolling mill diagnosed by the PeakVue technology is introduced. Based on the vibration monitoring for bearings of the F2 reducer and the study on the peak values of PeakVue, the damaged or degraded condition of the F2 reducer bearings is accurately diagnosed, and thus the life cycle curve of bearings is formulated based on the diagnosis.
