摘要
介绍新型吸湿发热再生纤维素储能纤维及麻赛尔纤维的功能和特性,并将其与抱合力较好的棉纤维混纺,采用赛络紧密纺工艺制备18.0 dtex储能、麻赛尔、棉(30∶30∶40)混纺纱。重点分析纤维配比、混纺纱设计,以及针织技术和后整理技术的突破过程,并对采用不同配比、不同原料设计的4种储能纤维织物进行性能测试。结果表明:该储能、麻赛尔、棉混纺纱与氨纶交织的单面衬垫织物,具有优良的透气性、抗起毛起球性、尺寸稳定性等,而且其吸湿发热性能和保暖性能具有显著优势,是一种新型吸湿发热针织内衣面料。经批量生产和产业化推广应用,受到市场和消费者普遍认可。
Based on the function and characteristics of new regenerated cellulose energy storage fiber, the paper develops a new kind of knitted fabric by using the energy storage fiber/jutecell fiber/cotton blended yarns (blending ratio is 30/30/40) by using siro compact spinning technology. The fiber arrangement, blended yarn design and the technological breakthrough of knitting and post finishing process are introduced, and the wearing properties of four kinds of energy storage fiber fabrics with different blended ratios are tested. The results show that the single laid-in fabric knitted with energy storage/jutecell blended yarn and spandex inter-knitted bears excellent properties of air permeability, pilling resistances and dimensional stability and so on; the moisture absorption and heat-generating and heat retention properties have significant advantages, which can be regarded as one new type of moisture ab- sorption and heat-generating knitted fabric.
