棉织物防紫外线整理及整理后黄连素染色工艺 被引量:6

摘要 采用紫外线吸收剂RayosanC对棉织物进行整理,测试并分析了浸渍整理工艺条件对其吸尽率的影响。采用天然染料黄连素对防紫外线整理后的织物进行染色,测试并分析了RavosanC用量、染色温度、染色时间、pH值等对染色性能及防紫外线性能的影响,并对染色后织物进行色牢度测试。结果表明.棉织物的防紫外线整理最佳工艺为:RayosanC用量为40/0.元明粉用量为100g/L,纯碱用量为1vIE。浸渍温度3叫OqC,加碱后处理40~60min;防紫外线整理后棉织物的最佳染色工艺为:温度50℃以上.时间30min以上,pH值为7:染色织物具有优异的紫外线防护功能:染色织物的色牢度有待进一步提高。 Cotton fabric was finished by ultraviolet absorbent Rayosan C, and the effects of the technological conditions of dip finishing on degree of exhaustion were tested and analyzed. Cotton fabric after ultraviolet protection finish was dyed by berberine, and the effects of the dosage of Rayosan C, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and pH value on dyeing properties and UV-resistance property were tested and analyzed, and the fastness of fabric af- ter dyeing was tested. The results show that the optimal Ultraviolet Protection Finish process of cotton fabric is that the dosage of Rayosan C is 4%, the dosage of sodium sulfate is 100 g/L, the dosage of sodium carbonate is 1 g/L, temperature is 30~40 ℃, and the time is 40-60 minutes after adding sodium carbonate; the optimal dyeing process of cotton fabric after ultraviolet protection finish is dyeing more than 30 minutes at the temperature above 50 ℃ when the pH value is 7; dyed fabric has excellent UV-resistance property, and the fastness of dyed fabric needs to be further improved.
