浸轧助剂法修复成品色光的实践

Practice of Recovering Color Shade of Products by Padding Auxiliaries

探讨了采用浸轧助剂修复成品色光的方法,测试并分析了PAK直接反应染料固色剂对棉织物色光的影响,Sincool SN-802凉爽触感加工剂以及不同柔软剂对涤纶织物黑色色光的影响。结果表明,助剂能够改变织物色深或色光,通过浸轧助剂对成品的色光进行修复是可行的,但在实际应用过程中需注意对织物水洗色牢度的影响。

The way of recovering color shade of products by padding auxiliaries was discussion, the effects of direct reacting fixation agent PAK on the color shade of cotton fabric were tested and analyzed, as well as the ef- fects of Sincool SN-802 cool touch processing agent and softening agents on black color shade of polyester fabric. The results show that auxiliaries can change color depth and color shade. Recovering color shade of products by padding auxiliaries is feasible, but attention should be paid to the effects on washing fastness of fabric in the pro- cess of practical application.
