肿瘤相关标志物研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 恶性肿瘤是严重危害人类生命健康的重大疾病之一。近年来,随着早发现、早诊断、早治疗理念不断深入人心,检测特异的分子靶点,灵敏度特异度高的分子标志物,已经逐步成为目前临床医生和临床检验实验室共同面对的重要课题。由于目前用于临床上指导治疗及疗效预测,评估预后的成熟生物靶向标志物相对有限,已经建立的方法多需要通过组织标本进行检测,这在一定程度上制约了肿瘤早诊早治的临床应用。
