2,2-二[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]丙烷在正丁醚中的合成研究

摘要 以双酚A和环氧乙烷为原料在三苯基膦的催化下合成了2,2-二[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]丙烷,研究了有无溶剂对反应产物组成的影响,并在正丁醚溶剂中研究了反应原料配比、溶剂用量和溶剂套用对反应选择性的影响。结果表明:无溶剂时反应产物较为复杂、副产物较多,反应选择性低,加入溶剂后,反应选择性明显增大,正丁醚中反应选择性较高。在正丁醚中,较佳的环氧乙烷与双酚A摩尔配比为2.3,较佳的正丁醚与双酚A质量比为1.25,溶剂可以多次套用,溶剂套用对反应选择性无明显影响。研究为开发2,2-二[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]丙烷的连续生产装置和工艺提供理论和实验基础。 The 2,2-bis[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]propane(BHE-BPA) was synthesized by the reaction of bisphenol A(BPA) and ethylene oxide(EO) using triphenylphosphine(TPP) as catalyst. The effect of using di-butyl ether as solvent on the composition of reaction product was studied. Also, the effects of the EO and BPA molar ratio, the amount of solvent used and the solvent reuse on the selectivity of BHE-BPA were studied. The results show that, without using solvent, the reaction product contains lots of by-products and has a low BHE-BPA selectivity. After adding the solvent to the reaction system, the reaction selectivity increases obviously. And the product with the highest BHE-BPA selectivity can be obtained when the reaction was carried out in di-butyl ether (DBE). In the solvent of DBE, the best molar ratio of EO and BPA is 2.3, the best mass ratio of DBE and BPA is 1.25, and the solvent can be reused for multiple times. The reuse of the solvent doesn’t affect the BHE-BPA selectivity significantly. This study provides theoretical and experimental basis for developing the continuous reaction apparatus and processes for BHE-BPA production.
