Detection of Halogenated Nitrile in Drinking Water by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用顶空加盐气相色谱-质谱法检测饮用水中的消毒副产物氯乙腈、二氯乙腈和三氯乙腈,并对样品前处理方法及GC/MS仪器条件进行优化,使得3种卤代腈在5.00μg/L^80.0μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限分别为2.52μg/L、1.02μg/L和1.57μg/L。空白水样的加标回收率为75.9%~94.1%,RSD为3.6%~6.2%。 A method was developed for the determination of chloroacetonitrile,dichloroacetonitrile,trichloro- acetonitrile in drinking water by gas chromatograpy mass spectrometry. The conditions for sample pretreatment and GC-MS were investigated and optimized. Salt was added to the samples before headspace . The detection was carried out by headspace GC/MS in scan monitoring, and m/z 75,48,74,82,108,110 was selected as the quali- tative ions. Selected ion monitoring mode was quantitative method. The detection limits of headspace method were 2.52 μg/L,1.02 μg/L and 1.57 μg/L,respectively and the recoveries ranged from 75.9% to 94.1% , RSDs were in the range of 3.6% -6.2%. The accuracy,reliability and sensitivity of the method made it suitable for the determination of three halogenated nitrile in drinking water.
