摘要
选取常见的五种不同尺寸的翅片管,运用数值模拟的研究方法,模拟空温式气化器单根翅片管的温度场和计算不同尺寸结构的单根翅片管的换热量,分析了影响翅片管换热量、占地面积和重量的主要尺寸因素,并提出了空温式气化器的优化方案。
By selecting five common different sizes of finned tubes and using the research method of numerical simulation to simulate the temperature field of single finned tube, calculate single structure of different sizes finned tube heat exchange and analyze the main factors of size affecting the heat transfer, floor area and weight, the optimization scheme of ambient air vaporizer is proposed.
