摘要
某厂根据实际情况,通过减小振动筛筛孔尺寸的方法降低破碎产品粒度实现了多碎少磨,并详细分析了多碎少磨改造对破碎及磨矿产生的影响,结果显示每年可以为该厂降低63.65万元的生产成本。
According to the actual situation of Woxi Concentrator,it reduced the granularity of the crushed product to achieve a more crushing and less grinding process transformation by reducing the size of the sieve shaker. By collecting production data,the author analyzed the impact caused by the transformation of more crushing less grinding. The results showed that the company could save 636,500 yuan cost of production through this transformation.
