摘要
为探索马链球菌马亚种新疆分离株提取的表面蛋白的免疫效果,用化学法提取马链球菌马亚种分离菌株表面蛋白,将该蛋白免疫昆明系小鼠并检测抗体,第二次免疫后用同源菌株攻击。结果表明,提取的表面蛋白具有良好的免疫原性,能诱导小鼠产生特异性抗体,且表面蛋白免疫小鼠后抗体的效价高于灭活全菌,对小鼠的免疫保护率也高于灭活全菌组,可达到83.3%。
The experiment was conducted to extract the outer protein from Streptococcus equi subsp. equi to investigate immune efficacy of the outer protein extracted from Streptococcus equi subsp. equi ZX by chemical method. Then this protein was used as antigen to immunize mouse and mouse serum was collected to examine antibodies after second immunization. The immunized mouse was challenged with this bacteria strain. Our result indicated that the outer protein had better immunogenicity and the immune effect on mouse and antibody titers were better than that of inactivated bacteria vaccine. The protection rate of the outer protein was 83. 3%.
