3D打印骨科模型临床应用的初步探索 被引量:20

摘要 骨科经常遇到复杂的病例,如寰枢椎脱位病人,CT显示椎动脉高跨,这种情况下,需要了解能否采取椎弓根螺钉固定及进钉的方向与深度如何掌握。再比如,股动脉破裂导致假性动脉瘤,术前希望知道破裂口有多大,直接缝合还是血管桥接。手术医生这时最想实现的事情是能否获得病人的实体模型进行观察决定手术方案,或进行手术模拟。目前的CT图像尽管可以通过软件三维成像,但观察只能通过二维平面实现。三维(3D)打印技术的迅猛发展使得手术医生获得实体模型的想法得以实现。笔者自2013年10月与青岛某3D打印公司合作对6例病人的CT文件进行了打印。现总结如下。
