摘要
以高填方涵洞实际工程加筋减载计算为例,阐述一套完整的高填方涵洞加筋减载设计方法。该方法具有以下特点:加筋减载原理科学,减载孔中松散填料与筋材相互作用产生"提兜效应",可有效分散涵顶上方土压力;加筋可减小涵顶土压力,施工中可避免重型压实机械对涵洞的直接损伤,使得高填方涵洞安全性得到有效保障;涵顶土压力减小可使涵洞设计尺寸减小,节约工程造价。该方法思路新颖,对类似工程设计具有一定参考价值。
With reinforcement and load shedding calculation of actual highfill culvert projects as examples, this paper expatiates a complete set of design method for reinforcement and load shedding of highfill culverts. The method has the following features: scientific reinforced and load shedding principle, the "pocket effect" produced by interaction between loose fills and reinforcements in load shedding holes can disperse pressure on top soil of culvers effectively; reinforcements can reduce pressure on top soil of culverts, and direct damage to culverts by heavy type compacting machines can be avoided in construction, enabling the safety of highfill culvers to be effectively guaranteed; reduction of pressure on top soil of culverts can decrease design size of culverts and save project cost. The method is novel in idea and exhibits a certain reference value for design of similar projects.
