中日韩与欧洲足球联赛外籍球员特征对比分析

Expatriate Football Players' s Analysis among Chinese,Korean,Japanese and European

为了解当前世界足球联赛外籍球员的特征及发展趋势,促进中国足球联赛的蓬勃发展,本文以2012-2013赛季中日韩与欧洲31个足球联赛外籍球员为调研对象,对这些外籍球员进行了量化并对比分析。数据分析显示:中日韩与欧洲不同层次的足球联赛在外籍球员的数量、来源区域、年龄以及类型方面存在较大差异;中日韩足球联赛的影响力弱、对外籍球员使用的限制严格、相对于欧洲与南美洲,中日韩在文化与地缘方面的劣势以及当前足球俱乐部引援的盲目性和短视性是造成差异的主要原因;最后提出中日韩足球联赛引援的策略和建议。

By taking expatriate football players from Chinese,Japanese,Korea and 31 European Football League in 2012-2013 as the research objects,this article analyzed the characteristic of those players. Data shows that：big differences exist between Chinese,Japanese,Korea and European football players at different levels regarding the number,origin,age and type of players;the weak influence of leagues,strict limits on using expatriates,disadvantages of culture and geographical relationship,and the blindness and myopia on importing players contributed to the differences. Finally,this article put forward tactics and suggestions about importing expatriate players.
