摘要
随着肥胖症在全球迅速蔓延,国内外学者对肥胖的研究也逐渐深入,食源性肥胖抵抗(diet-induced obesity resistance,DIO-R)表现为肥胖易感程度低,与肥胖机体相比能量代谢状况较好,是机体能量代谢研究中较新的研究方向。本研究探讨了现阶段国内外肥胖抵抗大鼠的主要筛选方法,就食源性肥胖抵抗与食源性肥胖(diet-induced obesity,DIO)机体代谢差异最新研究成果进行综述,从瘦素敏感性、胰岛素敏感性、脂联素水平、食物利用率等方面分析了肥胖抵抗现象的发生机制,并从运动生理生化的角度提出现阶段肥胖抵抗研究存在的问题,对肥胖抵抗大鼠代谢及机制差异的研究前景进行展望。
Obesity has been spreading quickly all over the world in recent years. Diet-induced obesity resistant(DIOR) shows a state of low degree of susceptibility to obesity,whose energy metabolism condition is better than obesity body. This is a new research direction on body's energy metabolism. This phenomenon of obesity resistant reflects the status of the body's energy metabolism to some extent. This paper analyzes the current screening methods of DIO-R rats and reviewed on the latest researches about the metabolic differences between diet-induced obesity(DIO) rats and DIO-R rats at home and abroad. Furthermore,the mechanisms of obesity resistance were analyzed,in terms of leptin resistance,insulin resistance,adiponectin and food utilization. Finally,this paper put forward some obesity resistant problems existing in the recent researches,viewed from sports physiological and biochemical,and the researches on the different metabolism between DIO and DIO-R rats were prospected.
