2013版女子竞技体操规则比赛管理条例变化之初探

Preliminary Study of the 2013 Code Which Points of Female Athletic Gymnastics

以2013年4月译制的适用于里约奥运周期的女子竞技体操评分规则为"研究蓝本",2010年修订版女子竞技体操评分规则为"参照文本",以2013版女子竞技体操规则第1章和第10修订版女子竞技体操规则的前4条为研究对象,通过对比文字之间的微细变化进行分析,以求从运动员、教练员、裁判员和女子技术委员会方面为运动员在比赛中创造优秀成绩做好坚实的后盾。主要结论:国际体联对女子运动员体现人文主义的关怀,但在对运动员违规的罚分方面的比重加大;对教练员也有人文主义关怀的体现,但从大赛的角度,却对教练员自身的职业素养的要求在提升;对女子竞技体操的裁判组成员人数及组成上有所变动,对裁判员的要求也在不断地提升,同时也体现大赛追求"公平、公正"的宗旨。

This paper mainly depend on the code of female athletic gymnastics which applies Rio Olympic cycle that translation by April 2013 as ＂the blueprint＂,revised in2010 women＇s athletic gymnastic scoring rules for ＂reference text＂,in the first chapter page of 2013 version and revision before women＇s athletics code article 4 the research object,by comparing the text to analysis between subtle change,from athletics,coaches and referees,and women＇s technical committee for athletes to create excellent performance in the game of solid walls. Mainly conclusion：the international gymnastics federation of female athletes embody humanism,but in the proportion of penalty of athletes violations,Also has the embodiment of the humanistic concern for coaches,but from the perspective of competition,but in the ascent to the requirement of coach＇s own professional quality. In women＇s artistic gymnastics referee group number and the composition change,also in constant ascension to referee＇s request,at the same time also reflects the competition to pursue the tenet of＂fair,just＂.
