摘要
目的:探究网球运动对有轻度抑郁的男大学生抑郁水平的作用。方法:采用实验法、量表法、数理统计法和访谈法,将抑郁得分在40到47且无网球经历的30名男大学生随机分为两组,分别进行不同干预的网球运动,并在实验前、实验6周和实验12周对其发放SDS量表测其不同时期的抑郁水平,最后对所得数据统计分析。结果:(1)两组人在进行6周不同强度网球运动后,抑郁水平均没有显著降低(p>0.05);运动12周后,参与中高强度网球运动组的抑郁水平有显著降低(p<0.05),参与小强度网球运动组的抑郁水平没有显著降低(p>0.05)。(2)网球运动对男大学生抑郁水平的影响作用存在显著的个体差异。结论:网球运动对男大学生抑郁水平的降低作用存在时间、强度和个体特质上的差异。
Objective:To explore the effect of tennis with different level on male college students with mild depression. Method: Experimentation,psychological measurement,mathematical statistics and interviews. Thirty male students which have obtained depression scores that vary from 40 to 47 which with no tennis experience were divided into two groups,respectively participated in tennis with different intervention,and their depression level was measured in different periods with the "self-depression scale"before the experiment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after the experiment. Finally,all data collected was conducted with the statistical analysis. Results:The test scores of the two group students who have played tennis for six weeks had not shown any significant signs of reduction of their depression levels( p〉 0. 05). After twelve weeks,the scores of high-strength-tennis group have significantly reduced(p 〉0. 05) while the scores of low-intensity-tennis group have not shown obviously decreased( p〉0. 05).(2) The influence on the male college students vary from person to person. Conclusion: The tennis did have an effect on the depression levels of the male college students,which with respect to the time,intensity and individual characteristics of the individual participants.
