六届四中全会上,共产国际远东局米夫按照苏联方面的意愿,撤掉了李立三和瞿秋白,将自己所欣赏的但又无充分领导能力的留苏学生王明、博古等人扶上了领导岗位,压制党内反对派,给我们党带来了巨大的危害。文章通过这一反例强调了独立自主在党的建设上的重要性。

On the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Pavel Mif, who was in charge of the Far East Bureau of the Communist International, removed Qu Qiubai and Li Lisan from their posts by following the advice of Soviet Union, which were respectively transferred to Wang Ming and Bo Gu in Mif＇s favour. On the other hand, Mif suppressed those in opposition, which had brought great harm to our party. The paper emphasizes the importance of independence on the party＇s construction through this counter example.
