水泥稳定碎石基层高粘结性透层油的开发与应用 被引量:9

Development and application of high cohesiveness prime coat on cement-stabilized macadam base

摘要 针对水泥稳定碎石基层与沥青面层之间的层间结合问题,采用'选择性渗透'理念,开发一种兼具渗透性能和层间结合性能的高粘结性透层油。通过添加渗透剂和溶剂提高其渗透性能,添加增粘剂提高其层间结合性能。采用5d储存稳定性和荧光显微镜颗粒分析评价乳化沥青的稳定性能,并将研制出的高粘结性透层油与普通乳化沥青、煤油稀释沥青对比,进行了渗透试验、层间剪切试验、拉拔试验和抗冲刷试验。研究结果表明:该高粘结性透层油具有良好的稳定性,其渗透深度远大于普通乳化沥青;抗剪切强度和抗拉拔强度均显著高于煤油稀释沥青,抗冲刷性能也远大于普通乳化沥青和煤油稀释沥青。最后,结合实际工程,制定了改性-乳化-混合的高粘结透层油的生产工艺及相应的施工工艺和质量控制技术。 In order to improve the bonding of cement stabilized macadam base and asphalt layer,the concept of selective permeation is applied to develop aprime coat with good cohesiveness and penetrability.Solvent and penetrate are added to increase the permeability of emulsified asphalt,and tackifier is added to improve the bonding ability.The 5-day storage stability test and the fluorescence microscopic particle test are used to evaluate the stability of the emulsified asphalt performance.The high cohesiveness prime coat is compared with the ordinary emulsified asphalt and diluted asphalt to make the comprehensive assessment on pavement performance through the penetration test,the shear test between layers,the pull-out test and the anti-erosion test.The results show that it has better penetration and stability compared with ordinary emulsified asphalt,the shear strength is much higher than the diluted asphalt,and it also has better anti-erosion performance.At last,combined with the practical engineering the production technology of modifyemulsification-mix is proposed;the construction technology and the quality control technique of high adhesive prime coat are put forward.8tabs,10 figs,16refs.
