摘要
采用软硬双模板法制备了多级孔Mn3O4,考察了高锰酸钾热处理温度对多孔Mn3O4结构及催化性能的影响.SEM和N2吸附-脱附表征研究显示,所制备的催化材料为多级孔催化剂;XRD分析显示,当高锰酸钾热处理的温度提高到200℃,Mn3O4变为Mn5O8.催化性能研究表明:升高温度有助于所制备的催化剂催化性能提高;高锰酸钾200℃处理的催化剂显示了最好的催化氧化性能.
To study the effects of the heat treatment temperature on the structure of Mn3O4, the hierar- chical porous Mn3 04 was prepared by soft-hard two templates.The results of SEM and Nz absorption-de- sorption characterization indicate that the prepared samples are hierarchical porous material. The result of XRD analysis indicates that Mn3 04 was transformed to Mn5 08 when the reaction temperature was de- creased from 25 to 200 ℃. The catalytic performance testing indicates that high heat treatment tempera- ture is helpful to enhancing the catalytic performance. Moreover, the samples B-200 exhibited the high- est catalytic property.
