我国民族传统体育非物质文化遗产传承人保护与培养机制的构建

Inheritor Protection and Cultivation Mechanism of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Chinese Traditional Sport

以民族传统体育非物质文化遗产国家级代表性传承人为研究对象,对传承人的基本情况、保护措施、发展困境等进行了分析。结果表明,我国非物质文化遗产及传承人的保护工作全面展开,相关法律法规的出台、资金补助、政策倾斜等措施为传承人开展传习活动提供了保障。但民族传统体育文化认同危机、民族传统体育文化空间边缘化、民族传统节日淡化、传承人收入低等是当前传承人面临的现实困境。在此基础上提出了民族传统体育非物质文化遗产传承人的保护与培养机制。

The paper analyses the basic information,protection measures and development problems of the national inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese traditional sport.The research shows that the protection laws,financial support and political support have provided support for the practice of the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese traditional sport.However,there are problems of recognition risk of national traditional sport,marginalization of the national traditional sport,fading national traditional festivals and low income of the inheritors.The paper proposes inheritor protection and cultivation mechanism of intangible cultural heritage of Chinese traditional sport in order to provide references for the healthy and sustainable development of the Chinese traditional sport.
