The convergence developments of traditional media and new media are an inevitable trend, also in line with the law of media development. Overall, traditional media and new media have entered the complementary and integrated development stage. To promote the integration development and to seek the appropriate strategies, the author sees the need to further understand the trends and laws of media development, define their respective advantages and disadvantages and to explore viable fusion development strategies from the following three aspects：insisting on the principle of ‘Party controls media＇,integrating media resources and strengthening the thinking of the Internet,so as to promote their integration and achieve a sound and rapid development of the media convergence.
