Status Quo and Countermeasures of Class Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

班级是高职院校进行教育、管理和服务活动的直接载体和基本单位。班级建设作为校园建设的重要组成部分,对高职院校的发展具有重要意义。本文通过探讨多种方式的班级建设措施,厘清问题,寻找方向,旨在铸造凝聚力强、学风班风优良的班级团队,进而实现高职院校学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务、自我成才的目标。

Class in higher vocational colleges is the direct carrier of education, management and service activities and the basic unit. As an important part of campus construction, the class construction is of great significance to the develooment of hizher vocational colleges. Class construction measures in this paper, by discussing a variety of ways, to clarify the problem, looking for direction, to cast the cohesive team, good style of study and class atmosphere, achieving targets of higher vocational college students^self education, self management, self serv- ice and self- accomplishment .
