思想政治教育视角下高职院校宿舍文化建设研究

Construction of Dormitory Culture from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高校工作的改革和创新,宿舍文化在高校学生思想政治教育的作用越来越突出。学生宿舍文化的建设,对大学生的学习、思想品德和身心健康发展都有重大的影响。本文从思想政治教育的视角出发,分析宿舍文化建设的重要性、宿舍文化对思政教育的影响,提出了从管理载体、队伍载体、资源载体、活动载体、合理的财政投入五个方面入手塑造格调健康、积极向上、和谐友爱的宿舍文化。

With the reform and innovation of the work in university, students＇dormitory culture construction in the role of？ ideological and political education is more and more prominent. Students＇dormitory culture construc- tion has a significant impact not only on their learning, ideology and moral character, but also on their physical and mental health development. This paper , from the perspective of ideological and political education, analyzes the importance of the dormitory culture construction and the influence of dormitory culture on ideological education, and puts forward constructing a healthy, positive, and harmonious dormitory culture from five aspects, namely, manage- ment carrier, troop carrier, resource carrier, activity carrier, and reasonable fiscal investment.
