摘要
店坪矿由于锅炉房被泥石流摧毁,目前煤矿洗浴热水只能靠1台1 t热水锅炉维持,新建锅炉房已经开始设计施工。由于热泵技术节能减排、施工周期短,又利用丰富的矿井回风废热资源,因此,利用矿井回风源热泵系统解决了店坪矿洗浴热水和取暖、制冷的需求问题,取消原4 t澡堂锅炉的施工方案,冬季建筑采暖减少2个锅炉吨位,利用废热资源满足了煤矿供热水、采暖等需求,实现了节能减排。采用的矿井回风换热器设计独特,不仅达到为矿井排风降噪除尘的目的,而且改善了矿区的空气质量,经济、社会效益显著。
The boiler room is destroyed by debris flow in Dianping coal mine,hot water of coal mine bath only depends on 1 t hot water boiler at present,and the new boiler room has already started to design and construct.Because of the heat pump technology is energy conservation,emissions reduction and short construction term,and have rich waste heat resources of return air.Decides using air return heat pump system of mine to solve the demands of hot water washing bath,warming and refrigeration.It obtains the intended effect,and achieves energy conservation and emissions reduction.Mine return air heat exchanger designs uniquely,it not only reduces the noise and dust of coal mine exhaust air,but also improves the air quality of mining areas,the economic and social benefit is remarkable.
