摘要
结合地名地址数据的特点,着重分析了地名地址数据的质量评价体系。从采集的原始地名点和地址点数据生产及应用方面出发,通过明确评价指标和质量元素,采用定量和定性两种方法对地名地址数据进行质量评价,为完善相关评价机制提供参考。
Combining the characteristics of data for geographic name and address,the quality evaluation of this data is analyzed. And the evaluation and quality elements is confirmed further in the process of inspection. The research applied quantitative and qualitative methods could achieve the quality evaluation of data for geographic name and address. These method as a new orient area to investigate the quality control of data for geographic name and address. The theories and methods have significant reference meaning.
