摘要
目的分析乳腺浸润性导管癌的超声声像图特点及误诊原因,提高超声诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的准确率。方法对62例经手术病理证实为乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的声像图进行分析,根据肿块的边界、形态、彩色多普勒血流信号、弹性成像等因素,综合分析诊断依据及其误诊原因。结果明确诊断48例(77.4%),待定11例(17.7%),误诊3例(4.9%)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌具有特征性的声像图表现,超声检查可以显著提高乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断符合率,对临床诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To analyse the characteristics of ultrasonic ultrasonography and the cause of misdiagnosis of breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma （IDC）, and to improve the accuracy of diagnostic ultrasound of breast IDC. Methods The ultrasonography of 62 patients with breast IDC proved surgically and pathologically were analysed. The diagnostic basis and the cause of misdiagnosis were analysed according to the boundary, form, CDFI （color doppler flow imaging） and elastography. Results 48 cases （77.4%） were definitely diagnosed, 11 cases （17.7%） were undetermined, 3 cases （4.9%） were misdiagnosed. Conclusions Breast IDC shows distinctive features on ultrasonography. Ultrasonic examination can significantly improve the accuracy of breast IDC, which would be of great value for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
