平泉引哈入瀑工程规划方案分析

Analysis of Planning Scheme about Water Transferring Project From Laoha River To Bao River

老哈河、瀑河是平泉县境内两条较大的河流。瀑河流域是平泉县境内经济比较发达的地区,因此瀑河流域用水量很大,水资源量的供需矛盾极为突出。与之相邻的老哈河流域目前尚无大型的乡镇企业,该地区的水资源量相对较为充沛,且利用率较低。通过引哈入瀑引水工程可以改善平泉县城区供水及水环境状况。

There are two major rivers in Pingquan town. Their names are Laoha river and Bao river. The Bao river basin is an economically developed area in Pingquan town, so the water consumption is big. And the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is very obvious. There is no big township enterprise at present in Laoha river basin, which is adjacent to the Bao river. So the water resource is rich there, but with low utilization. We can get this situation better by transferring water from Laoha river to Bao river.
