摘要 我国城市排水工程由建设部门主管,排水工程规划设计与水利部门管辖的防洪排涝体系有所脱节,给城市防洪排涝体系的统一规划带来困扰,标准即是关键问题之一。以石家庄市为例,分析年最大值法和年多个样法两种不同取样方法计算设计暴雨标准的相互关系,在城区相关水利工程规划设计中当涉及城乡洪(涝)沥水组合时可作为参考。 China's urban drainage project is administrated by construction department. The planning and design of the drainage project are out of line with the flood control and drainage system, which is managed by water conservancy departments. Meanwhile, the discordance between both aforementioned impedes the integrated planning of urban floor control and drainage system, and the standard of rainfall intensity is one of the key issues. Taking Shijiazhuang city as example,this article using annual maximum value method and annual multi-sample method to calculate and design the standard of rainfall intensity. It can be references for the water conservancy project planning of flood and drain.
