The case that students of National Open University dropping out of school often occurs, which has a certain impact on students themselves, universities as well as society. This paper mainly an- alyzes the causes about students of the Open University dropping out of school, and provides correspond- ing measures for different reasons, hoping to reduce the dropout rate of college students and enable them to successfully complete their studies.
