文章主要阐述了关于适应汽修行业职业岗位群下的机修工的培养模式的中职汽修专业《汽车机电维修》实训项目开发。本文阐述的教学情境,取代了传统的书本式教学,主要是解决以职业活动为导向,以人的能力发展为本位的"行为导向教学法",有效培养学生的实践技能并提高学生的综问合职业能力的题。

This article mainly elaborated about training project development of secondary voca- tional school automobile repair major Automotive Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance in the training mode of the mechanic to adapt automobile industry professional post group. This article expounds the teaching situation, replaced the traditional teaching of books, mainly to solve ＂behavior oriented teach- ing method＂ with professional activities oriented and people＇s ability development as the standard, effec- tively develop the students＇ practical skills and improve the students~ comprehensive vocational ability.
