职校德育工作理念的新思考

New Thought of Work Concept of Moral Education in Vocational School

中职学校作为培养社会技能型劳动者的主阵地,其德育应突破传统德育的弊端,走出一条现实的、理性的、确能有所成效的德育之路。观念的树立是行为的先导,所以职校德育工作者应首先树立先进的德育理念。文章从回归生活和实践,注重活动的创设等方面,强调职校德育工作者应在尊重传统理念的基础上更加注重实践德育、行为德育、体验德育、主体主动性德育等。

As the main place of training skilled workers for society, secondary vocational school＇s moral education should break through the traditional moral education＇ disadvantages, and walk out a practical, rational and fruitful road of moral education. For the reason that concept is the forerunner of behavior, it is necessary for the moral education teachers of vocational school to build advanced teaching concept. This article from the respects of returning to life and practice and paying attention to the crea- tion of activities, emphasizes that moral education teachers in vocational school should pay more atten- tion to practical, behavior, experience and subject initiative moral education on the basis of traditional concept.
