Investigation and Research in Learning Support Service Satisfaction of Students in Open Education Study in Inner Mongolia

学习支持服务是保证开放教育教学质量的关键要素。在"以学生为中心"理念的指导下,从学生的实际需求出发,通过对内蒙古广播电视大学在籍学生进行学习支持服务满意度调查,分析、研究学生实际需求和学习支持服务的运行状况并提出有针对性的改进措施,以此提高开放教育学习支持服务的有效性,进而为提升开放教育质量提供基础性动力。

Learning support service is the key factor of open education. This article is under the theory about student centered to do an inves- tigation on learning support service satisfaction in IMRTVU from the actual needs of students. Based on this, this paper tries to give some suggestions and measures for improving teaching quality on open education. Then it tries to improve the effectiveness of support service in open education, and provide the basic power to enhance the quality of open education.
