国内外病人自我感受负担相关性研究进展

Research progress on correlation of self-perceived burden between domestic and foreign patients

介绍国内外病人自我感受负担现状及相关性研究,指出国外相关性研究涉及面广,包括心理、生理因素、生活质量等结局指标。国外对自我感受负担与心理因素的相关性研究较为深入。国内对自我感受负担的研究,与其他心理问题相关性的研究较少,今后需对自我感受负担与心理方面的其他因素及作用机制进行研究,为提高病人生活质量及改善病人结局提供循证依据。

It introduced the status quo of self perceived burden of do-mestic and foreign patients and correlation between them,pointed out that foreign related research covered a wide range,including outcomes indexes such as psychologicaland physiological factors,and quality of life. The researches on correlation between self perceived burden and psy-chological factors were more in depth in abroad.The researches at home were fewer,and the researches in future need to be carried out on self per-ceived burden and other psychological factors and mechanisms,so as to provide evidence based foundation for improving the quality of life of pa-tients and improve their outcomes.
